Benevolent AI - NY Office

This project was a workplace design intervention set out to enhance the sense of belongingness and well-being in a serviced office space. Restyling the look and feel is particularly important for serviced offices, as they are often quite plain and have the potential to alienate employees from their company's culture. To combat this, we included more options for meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and soft seating with the company’s branding throughout the interior design. Additionally, we increased the number of natural materials, plants and flowers to create a pleasant atmosphere that would help reduce levels of stress. These interior design elements work together to ensure a consistent employee experience across different offices.
